Chinonso is a strategy leader and sustainability advocate dedicated to rewriting the narrative of disability inclusion and organisational development across Africa. As the Head of Corporate Relations for Bethesda, he spearheads the strategic transformation of the institution, specialising in transitioning grassroots initiatives into "funder-grade" operations that meet the rigorous standards of global partners such as the Ford Foundation. He is the visionary behind the BlindTech Hub, a specialised initiative designed to bridge the digital divide by equipping visually impaired youth with high-leverage technical skills like programming and DevOps. Driven by the conviction that impact must be measurable to be sustainable, 'Nonso leverages a robust background in corporate growth and data analytics to help organisations scale their influence through evidence-based reporting and robust governance frameworks. Here, he shares insights from the front lines of development, exploring how data-driven strategy and intentional inclusion can create a more equitable and fundable future for social innovation across the continent. He is a member of the Harvard Business Review Advisory Council, a fellow of YALI West Africa, and an MSc candidate in Data Science at the University of East London.
